Returns & Exchanges : No returns or exchanges. Freddie Ri'cci is a small business and because our items are handmade, we only have a limited inventory per drop. Most items are a 1 of 1 and will not have multiple size options. We do not accept exchanges due to COVID-19. We provide as much info on our pieces as we can to insure customer satisfaction.
Alterations : We do offer alterations to our local customers! Contact us for more info.
Payment options : We accept all credit/debit cards and paypal via invoice. If you are a local customer, we accept Cashapp and Apple pay.
Shipping : We currently only offer Standard Shipping but we will works towards including International Shipping in the near future.
Please allow up to 4-5 days for processing plus ship time to receive a shipping email and tracking updates. All shipping and order updates will be sent to the provided email address once your package has been shipped. Shipping takes around 7-10 business days.
